Air Conditioning
Each Villa has its own air conditioning and heating unit, with a wall mounted temperature control.
Barbeque
Your Villa is equipped with a gas barbeque on the patio or balcony. If your barbeque was used during your stay, please ensure it is cleaned prior to departure.
Business Services
Bellasera has limited business services available, please contact Guest Services for a further list of area business centers.
Cancellation Policy
Bellasera is a long-term stay condo resort (30 days plus). Upon reservation we take a 50% deposit of the first month’s rent. Cancellations made outside of seven days, we will provide a full refund. Cancellations within the seven day period, the deposit is not refunded.
Check-In/Out
Check-in is 4pm. Check out time is 11:00 a.m. An additional charge will be applied to your account for accommodation retained after this time. Late check out requests must be made in advance through the Guest Services desk.
Children
Bellasera Tuscan Villas gladly welcomes children; however, we kindly request that children under the age of 16 be accompanied and supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.
Fitness Centre
Bellasera has a fitness center located below the Bell Tower near the pool. The Fitness Centre may be accessed during Guest Services office hours. For safety reasons, children under 16 years of age are not permitted in the Fitness Centre. There are also a number of fitness facilities available during your stay in Kelowna.
Hot Tub
Bellasera’s outdoor hot tub is located below the Bell Tower next to the pool. The hot tub may be accessed through the Guest Services office. For safety reasons, our hot tub is only open is mid and high season. The hot tub temperature is 40C (104F). Towels are provided in your suite for hot tub use. Please note that there is no lifeguard on duty at Bellasera – children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Infants are required to wear waterproof pants. Children under the age of three are not allowed in the hot tub.
Housekeeping
Bellasera does not provide complimentry cleaning services during your stay. Your Villa is equipped with cleaning supplies. Your villa is cleaned by Bellasera upon departure. Should you require a full clean at anytime during your stay, including new linens, it is available upon request for $125 + tax.
Internet
All Villas at Bellasera are equipped with complimentary Internet access. Please note that the Internet is dial up/modem access located next to the television. Bellasera is not responsible or liable for any damages or computer related complications you may incur from using this shared network. For guests without laptops, Mail Boxes, Etc. located at 1865 Dilworth Drive, offers internet access stations
Iron & Ironing Board
All luxury suites at Bellasera are equipped with an iron and ironing board.
Kitchen
Each Villa at Bellasera features a fully equipped gourmet kitchen. Dish soap and dishwasher soap have been provided for your convenience. We kindly ask that you clean all dishes, pots, pans, utensils and glassware you may have used prior to check out. Feel free to leave clean dishes in the dishwasher should it still be running at the time of your check out.
Laundry
A washer and dryer are located in your suite; a small amount of laundry detergent is provided in your villa.
Movies
Each Bellasera Villa is equipped with a DVD Player. Should you wish to rent your own movies, we suggest Rogers Video
Movie Theatres
Grand 10 Cinemas: Follow Country Club Drive. Turn right onto Quail Ridge Blvd to Highway 97. Turn right onto Highway 97 (heading south)
Orchard Plaza 5 Cinema
Follow Country Club Drive. Turn right onto Quail Ridge Blvd to Highway 97. Turn right onto Highway 97 (heading south). Turn left onto Cooper Road – 1876 Cooper Road (15 minutes drive).
Parking
Complimentary surface parking is available. One complimentary parking stall is provided for each unit. Additional street parking is also available.
Pets
Bellasera is pleased to be a “Pet Friendly” resort. We believe that your pet is part of the family. We kindly ask that you keep your pet on a leash outside your Villa and that you pick up after your pet.
Housekeeping service will not be provided if your pet is left unattended. We charge Pet Fee of $100 CDN. You are financially responsible for any damages that may incur.
Payment
Bellasera welcomes the following credit cards: American Express, MasterCard & VISA. We also accept Interac payment.
Cots
Cots are available upon request through Guest Services on a first come first serve basis for a charge $10/night.
Quiet Times
Bellasera is a family resort and we take pride in ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable and relaxing stay. Please respect your fellow guest and observe that quiet times are from 10:00 p.m. until 10:00 a.m
Security
Bellasera has an on-property security patrol at night.
Smoking
Bellasera is pleased to offer its guests a smoke free environment inside our villas. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. Guests caught smoking may face a penalty fee.
Spa Facilities
Although Bellasera does not have spa facilities on property, Guest Services would be more than happy to provide recommendations for near-by spas. If you prefer the comforts of your home away from home, Kelowna offers mobile spa services.
